I’m Emma. I live on the beautiful coast of West Cumbria with my son, Billy and our much-loved whippet, Blake.

I studied A-level Art at Netherhall School in Maryport, then graduated from Cumbria Insitute of the Arts in 2004 with a BA Honours in Graphic Design. I’m incredibly fortunate to get to spend my self-employed life designing and creating for local businesses and, of course, drawing and painting – and I have to say, I’m most passionate about the latter, as it shows the true talent I was born with (minus any technology!). I have been a professional artist for 15 years now and I’ve been so privileged to be able to hone my skills while bringing people’s vision to life in such a personal way. There’s nothing quite like the feeling of seeing someone’s face light up when they see their completed commission for the first time!
